Shipping & returns
What to expect once you have paid, and where you stand if something is not right.
Dispatch
Orders are packed the same working day when payment is confirmed before 3pm, and the next working day after that.
Delivery
Lagos: 1–2 working days. Elsewhere in Nigeria: 2–5 working days. International: quoted per order. You receive tracking as soon as the parcel leaves us.
Returns
Unopened, uninstalled hair in its original packaging can be returned within 7 days of delivery. For hygiene reasons we cannot accept hair that has been worn, washed, cut or coloured.
If a piece arrives damaged or is not what you ordered, message us within 48 hours with photographs and we will make it right.
